Questions

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, although we appreciate your feedback. Write to pablohurtadohg@gmail.com from the email you bought the license with. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer.

Who processes the payment? What about VAT?

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. In the EU and most countries the price you see already includes VAT; in the US, Canada and India, sales tax is added at checkout. Polar shows the tax at checkout and sends you the receipt.

How does licensing work?

Each seat covers one PC: activate your key in WinNest under Settings → License. To move it to another PC, deactivate it there first. A license includes 1 year of updates; after that you can keep using the versions you have for as long as you like, or renew to get newer ones.

What are the limits of the free trial?

None for now: every feature works without a license. Future versions may limit some functions until a license is activated.

Support and feature requests?

Every license includes support. Report bugs and ask for features on GitHub, or write to pablohurtadohg@gmail.com.
